Lewis watched this and knew something had to change. Not her drive. Her fuel.
He'd learnt from a close friend qualified in health and nutrition that she wasn't replacing what she was losing — the electrolytes, the hydration that actually keeps a body going. So he started making something at home. Clean, simple, no junk.
